The Government understands some residents involved in this process have expressed disappointment with the outcome.
Both the State and plaintiffs in this litigation signed an agreement which binds all parties to keep confidential the details of the mediation process.
The Government can make no further comment on this case, as to do so may prejudice matters which are currently before the Court.
