Many users will simply delete files on their computer by either dragging it into the recycle bin or just by hitting the delete button. These methods do not help properly remove the file from the PC but rather leave them sitting on the computer and exposing potentially sensitive information to those who know their way around a hard drive.
Matthew Kanadison, Manager of Rezources.com said, "Many times, a user will think they have deleted a file but not realize it is still available with proper tools to be accessed."
The file destroyer has the ability to overwrite files over and over with the user selecting the number of times that the files should be processed by the file destroyer tool.
